Shipping and Postage

Currently, we only ship within Australia via Australia Post.

We are happy to discuss the creation of a beautiful and unique piece for your home or a loved one. Please email Sandy at lotsaknots@bigpond.com to discuss.

Please note: custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and will take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

What are items made from?​

​

All our rope is made using recycled cotton. Our pieces are hung on dowel or sticks that have been tied up to create a unique piece.

Returns and Exchanges

​

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products, however please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Out of stock items

​

If an item is out of stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for items to be placed back on the website.   Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any updates and inspirations.
